JAMES GRAVENOR
James started in the motor trade back in 2002 with Wessex garages (Bristol) where he joined as a trainee salesman, quickly moving up through the ranks of business manager to Sales manager in various sites across the group. After spending 5 years with the group he wanted to delve into the prestige market and joined Bristol Audi. James quickly established himself as number 1 salesman within the group and become Audi accredited during his 5 years with Audi.
2012 saw the launch of his own business Premier Car Solutions based in Newport (south wales) Premier Car Solutions become one of the most successful used car dealers in south wales and saw James employ several people including the opening of a busy workshop.
2017 brings a new venture along with a new business partner, jointly they have almost 40 years experience in the trade. ‘Your Car Group’ can now cater for all our customer needs ranging from vehicle sourcing right the way through to financing.
James likes to stay busy outside of work with his 2 children Harrison and Isabella, and if he can find any spare time from his family is a very keen golfer. Working towards single figures!! Might take some time though…

Ross Walton – Sales Manager
Ross has been a loyal member of the team from day 1!! Having started as a trainee sales executive through to becoming the sales manager for the company in a very short space of time.
His knowledge and passion for high end, prestige cars is unrivalled and he takes great pride in his work and relationship building with his clients.
Ross is now in his 10th year with the company and continues to use his knowledge and expertise to great affect when dealing with his customers, this is shown in the number of repeat clients he has and fantastic reviews.
Ross’ other roles within the company involves managing the photography of the vehicles through to social media duties….

Ryan Lloyd – Detailing and preparation
Ryan has been a valued member of the team since he was 16 years of age, now in his 5th year with the company Ryan looks after the preparation and detailing of the vehicles.
Ryan’s passion and eye for detail is second to none with a long list of qualifications to back up his talent, Certified by the international detailing association, certified by Auto finesse, and certified by RUPES (the leading worldwide brand known in the detailing industry for the best polishing equipment) to name but a few. He also has a level 3 NVQ in vehicle maintenance and repair along with a level 2 NVQ in vehicle paint refinishing.
This is why we can confidently say our cars are some of the best prepared around.

Darren Davies – Vehicle preparation
Darren is another long standing member of the team, now entering his 8th year with the company.
Darren’s eye for detail in preparing our cars is clearly evident and he takes huge pride in the job he does, you’ll be hard pushed to find such clean vehicles anywhere around.
Trained and certified by Autoglym Darren has some of the best training available and is constantly learning new techniques in the way he prepares our cars.
Darren like all of us here has a huge passion for cars and that’s what keeps him motivated to perform to a high standard time after time.
